We accept returns on items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date to receive a full refund.

  2. Provide your order number, details of the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with return instructions, including the return shipping address.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item. Silver Selections is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

7. Non-Refundable Items
